1-Follow our on line payment link which will show the availablity link,click on your dates and number of guests.The price will appear if you are happy it will then take you through the details and payment screen,it will ask for an e mail address and details to set up an booking/enquiry account with villarenters.It will then send sea-murcia a confirmation e mail for us to confirm the property is available,A confirmed e mail will be sent to you and ask for a deposit with an online payment facility.Closer to the dates you will be sent an e mail to pay the remainder of the balance.PLEASE NOTE THE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME TYPICALLY 100 POUNDS STERLING AND REFUNDED AFTER YOUR STAY.(see on line instructions below)

2-Click on our availablity and make sure its available,send us an e mail  from the contact form in the property details area detailing your dates,property.We will confirm the cost and send you deposit and payment details usually sent to the property owner.We will send a confirmation booking form after we have received payment.PLEASE NOTE DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING AFTER THIS THE PROPERTY CAN NOT BE RESERVED.

On Line Instructions

1. Do I have to pay now? - No. You are only required to enter the details of your party at this stage -NO payment is required until you receive a confirmation that your booking request has been accepted. You will receive an email with instructions on how to login to pay for your booking online by debit/credit card once your booking has been accepted.

  
2. Can I ask a question and reserve my dates at the same time? - Yes. You can ask questions to the owner when you fill out the booking request form.

3. Am I committed in any way? - No. You can change your mind anytime NO penalty because your booking contract does not begin until you pay the deposit.

4. Who am I booking with? You are booking directly with the owner, but all payments are handled by RentalSystems.com Ltd a subsidiary of Teletext Holidays and Daily Mail.

5. Do you offer a money back guarantee? Yes. Our unique no quibble money back guarantee protects you if in the unlikely event that on arrival your property is not provided to you as described on this website.*
